Jednotka distribuce vzduchu ve stojanu je ventilační jednotka pro montáž do prostoru 2U, která spolupracuje s existujícím klimatizačním systémem a dodává chladný vzduch k zařízením ve stojanové skříni. Stojanová jednotka distribuce vzduchu je napojena na zvýšenou podlahu a nasává chladný vzduch přímo do skříně. To zabraňuje mísení chladného klimatizovaného vzduchu s teplým vzduchem v místnosti.
Stojanová jednotka distribuce vzduchu pomáhá eliminovat teplotní rozdíly mezi dolní a horní částí skříně. Dále brání recirkulaci teplého odváděného vzduchu a jeho návratu.
Je doporučena pro stojanové skříně se zátěží nad 1,5 kW a dokáže zajistit dostatečný průchod vzduchu pro zátěže do 3,0 kW. Je také ideální pro prostředí se zvýšenou podlahou, kde není k dispozici dostatečná distribuce chladného vzduchu pod podlahou.
Utilizes the existing precision A/C system to deliver increased airflow to rack enclosures with dangerous hot spots or with low static pressure due to it's location on the raised floor.
Pulls the conditioned supply air directly from the raised floor plenum into the enclosure; or from around the bottom of the enclosure, where the air is the coolest.
Provides additional airflow to maintain an optimal environment for densely-packed equipment.
Improves the quality of the air reaching the equipment by providing 30% efficient filtration as per the ASHRAE 52.1-1992 standard.
Provides an air pattern to deliver more equalized flow from the top to bottomof the rack enclosure. Even the equipment in the top of the enclosure receives lower inlet temperatures, which improves the life of the equipment.
Ensures maximum uptime and continuous availability by providing redundancy through dual independently controlled blower fans and A-B power input feeds.
The unit's depth is adjustable to fit APC's NetShelter enclosure or other 19" EIA-310-D enclosure with a removable bottom plate. The flexible design allows the unit to also be used in non-raised floor environments by removing the bellows.
